Dipaculao is the center point connecting the northern towns with the central municipalities. It is shaped like a narrow strip and boasts the longest coastline in the province.
Getting to Dipaculao
From Baler, rent a private vehicle and head north for the Dicadi highway. The urban barangays are less than an hour away from Baler by land. The farthest barangay, Dinadiawan is approximately four hours by car.
The municipality of Dipaculao was formed in 1950.
This is my second trip with G Adventures, a travel group that offers a package tour in Asia but mostly here in the Philippines. apart from the usual van transfers, tours, meal and accommodation; the group also offers conceptual shoots for their clients that are truly instagramable.
Before heading to Sand and Stars, we had a quick side trip in Baler, we had our breakfast there and immediately after we went to the beach for surfing.
around 1:00 PM we started travelling going to Dipaculao for our next activities which are beach bumming, volleyball and glamping.
Glamping is where stunning nature meets modern luxury. It’s a way to experience the untamed and completely unique parts of the world—without having to sacrifice creature comforts.
We were very happy when we arrived at the place even though we had almost a day of land travel so what we did was went straight to our tent to fix ourselves.
after an hour of resting me and my tent mates started to decorate our tent with fairy lights to add more life when the night comes.
The main activity of the night is the social to get to know other travellers followed by drinking session and games.
And if you are being a little extra just like me you wouldn’t miss a chance to do this kind of shoot as well.
It’s a tale as old as time itself that being outdoors is good for the health, with the fresh air letting your endorphins run free, it is difficult not to be happy on an adventure outdoors in the wonderful world we live in so what are you waiting for?
